  One of two Frys that I go to for groceries.it is a smaller store so they dont carry as much as one of the market places. I usualy stop here to pich something up for dinner.

  I am never impressed with the customer service. I choose to use the self checkout lanes because the employees working the registers are not friendly nor hardly ever greet you if you walk up to their lanes, and when I use the self checkout stations there is hardly ever an employee manning that station available. I went in for a few items last night, a bottle of wine being one of them and needed an i.d. check and I stood there for 10 minutes as two different employees walked by as the kiosk was prompting them for a check while a third employee was within feet away stocking packs of water bottles. After becoming irritated I rudely walked over to her to ask if anyone was working the self checkout station because I needed an i.d. check and had been standing there waiting while all the employees continued to walk by without acknowledgment. She asked what I needed and went to get the employee in charge of the self checkout and when the employee working the station finally came over not a word was spoken to me nor a sorry given for the wait. It has been like this on many many occasions since we moved here two years ago. I really wish there was proper leadership to teach the store workers to be kind and respect shoppers. Even management is poor based on interaction with them. I shop this location frequently for items I need quickly to be able to run in and out because we live right around the corner.
