  I don't understand what they are doing with the order delivery system. They give you a pager thing but someone brings your food to you. Makes no sense. I like the ones where you pick the food up at the counter. Custom service is lacking at this location.

  This was my first time going. I did self ordering and thought it would have been nice to have someone there to help if needed since it's new. many of the cups were empty , there was no hot water for hot tea. The trash was over flowing. Saw the guy walk around the restaurant 3 times before finally locating us. Went to the restroom. 2 stalls were out of toilet paper, trash was over flowing and counter was all wet. Food, bread bowl was good but soup was barely warm, my mom's came with the bowl, the top piece of bread and another piece of bread. Mine was missing the top piece of bread.
