They were both so helpful and kind. One of my balloons popped by the time I got home and Andrew didn't hesitate to replace it and was even kind enough to give me an extra one to ensure I made it home with enough balloons! Great customer service is hard to find in a lot of companies today and it's always such a pleasure having someone care about service.
