  When they first opened I ALWAYS had problems with them getting my order wrong. It may have been a wrong sandwich or something was just missing. Which has been VERY frustrating if you spend your entire lunch break ordering food. I had my own personal boycott for a couple months. However, I tried them again and seems like there have been new staff additions (friendlier) and little mishaps if any. Store is always clean! Thanks for improving.

  It's alarming how dumb the people who work here are. I mean simple menu items, 35 people working there, zero people in the drive thru, almost no one in the dining area, and they still get my order incorrect. The average age of employee here is around 16 1/2 with the combined reasoning ability of drywall. Give them change and just sit back and watch them go into a full anxiety attack trying to figure out how to make sense of it all. This is why people loose it when people in this industry think they deserve $15 an hour. I'm not even sure most of them can count to 15.

  Always terrible. I allowed 2 visits in the last 2 years. Child requested it. But, food is akways bad bad, service is bad, always a problem. Soda machine out etc ETC... Fast food is terrible but this is a level below...
