  First time we went to this place with my son-in-law & grandson. Accidentally my son-in-law drop his frappe mocha in the floor. But when we requested for another frappe one of the employee with a name plate Captain replaced our frappe & mop the messy floor without hesitation. Thank you Captain for your astounding services.

  The cashiers need to wear gloves going from money to food, cups and utensils. They need to stop putting their fingers inside the customers cups. That's just NASTY !!!!

  Went in there this morning Mexican looking manager looks like hes always rude to workers anyways, instead of my daily routine of stopping by the mcdonalds on reems and green way i stopped into this one because i work across the street at Ford and ordered a hash brown with sausage and cheese, manager said no " i cant do that i can give you the hash brown and everything separate" ive been doing this for years at every mcdonald on the west coast. my job is 100% customer oriented and i do what i have to do to make them happy, dude cant simply throw a damn sausage and cheese on A HASHBROWN. ITS MCDONALDS DUDE!!!
  IF I ORDER A MCCHICKEN WITH CHEESE ARE YOU GOING TO PUT IT SEPARATE?
  
  ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME GOOD WORKERS THERE, MAKE THE YOUNG LADY WITH NICE EYES BECOME THE STORE MANAGER SHES ALWAYS HAPPY AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
